2층구조입니다 방도 깔끔하고 동네도 조용하고 바로앞에 신사가있습니다 캐널시티와 하카타 야시장하고도 그렇게 멀지 않은곳이라 편합니다 다음여행때도 이곳을 이용해도 될것같습니다

10 minutes walk yo Hakata station, 5 minutes walk to canal city, the location is good. The room is big, clean and comfortable, the front desk are helpful. Overall is a nice place to stay with.

整體滿意

新淨整潔，博多站步行約10分鐘到達，步行5分鐘便到運河城，對面便是住吉神社，因此很寧靜。有很高的閣樓，即使有2大童的四人家庭也有足夠地方，年紀小的小朋友則不宜睡閣樓了，要注意。唯一缺點是2樓房間有wi-fi, 但要搬行李行一層樓梯，地下的房間卻沒有wi-fi。注意check-in在另一地點，但服務員很友善及helpful.

열쇠를 받는곳이 숙소랑 다른곳이다 라는걸 잘 표시 해놓지 않아서,와이프랑 아들이랑 말도 안통하는 일본에서 숙소에 들어가지도 못할뻔 했네요,다행이 그 숙소에 오시는 한국분 만나서 해결이 됐네요,숙소는 상당히 깨끗하고 이뻐요,입주 방법은 말이 안통하는 상태에서는 상당히 불편하네요,주위에 놀거리도 없고 너무 어두워요.

교통편리, 하카타역 주변

먼저 하카타역 근처의 지정 장소에서 check-in을 한 후 걸어서 15분 정도 스미요시신사쪽으로 도보 이동한 관계로 숙소를 찾는데 시간과 불편함은 다소 있음. 스미요시신사 바로 뒷쪽 주택가이나 외관으로 쉽게 인지할 수 있는 표시나 건물명이 눈에 띄지 않아 숙소를 찾는데 시간이 걸림. 그 이후에는 앞길 큰길쪽으로 이동하면 하카타역/텐진/캐널시티등 이동 가능한 버스 정류장이 쉽게 눈에 띄이므로 관광지 이동시 용이함. 걸어서 15분 정도면 하카타역 도착 거리이므로 교통의 요지임. 숙소내 청결상태는 깨끗하여 지내는 동안은 숙박시 불편함 없이 가족들과 지낼수 있었음. 침대1개와 이층 다락방으로 연결되는 사다리를 이용하여 아이들은 2층 다락방 이용 가능.

Disappointing at room cleaning, kitchen and wifi

15 minutes on foot from JR station. The key taking point is near JR but it is not easy to find. Kitchen: No pan is provided. Finally get them from key taking point. However the stove has problem and cannot make the fire. Quite disappoint. Room keeping: Actual no cleaning services were provided in this 7 days occupying. The big trouble is from the lacking of towel. The staff at key-taking point said that we shall wash them by in-house washing machine. However no washing machine is equipped at room. Disappointed again! From advertisement that wifi is provided at room. This statement is false and no wifi actually. Disappointed finally. .

와이파이 안됨. 난방 안됨. 체크인 장소 다름.

이메일로 체크인 장소가 다르다고 실제호텔주소, 접수안내주소, 종합접수 주소 총 3곳의 주소를 알려주었고, 그 중 마지막에 적힌 주소가 실제 체크인 하는 주소라서 실제호텔, 접수안내, 종합접수를 모두 다녀와서야 입실이 가능했음. 추운 겨울에 바깥 날씨와 다름없이 추웠던 숙소의 온도를 조절하기위해 작은 벽걸이 난방기로 저녁 6시부터 계속 가장높은 온도인 30도로 작동시켰지만, 다음날 오전 6시에도 온도는 실내15도 미만이었음.
