Excellent stay close to Hakata station. Room is smaller than average for the price, but the in-room washer/dryer combo was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was OK. Towels and hand towels were very small and low quality, however.

Rooms are clean and hotel is in a convenient location by the station. We had a room on the railway tracks which was very noisy. A train passed through every 2 minutes. The hotel is nice and relatively modern. The rooms are small, washing machine is pretty useless but only ok if you plan on putting a very small load as the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes. Would only recommend for a short stay and if you choose a room away from the railway side.

This is our 3rd year here. Rooms are clean, amenities are stocked, employees are polite and friendly. We love hearing the trains! We always request a room to watch & hear trains day & night. It's a very basic hotel with small rooms. Near to Hakata station so if you are looking for a one-night stay close to the station, it does the job. Other than that, not sure why you'd want this location. Washing machine in the room which is helpful if you are travelling light and don't want to supervise washing in a laundry room. There is a small bar in the lobby but it was a bit cold and sterile - I've stayed in similar properties with better atmosphere. In the end it comes down to the price you can get it for and the location - it's perfectly serviceable if it matches your budget and location.
