Nearby the Hakata station, and across the street from the Yodobashi, DAISO and a large grocery store. For the budget, the hotel is a great price, although there are some more premium/cleaner/closer hotels by the station as well. There was a musty smell in the room when we first checked in, but turning on the air purifier and AC got rid of it within 30 minutes. The staff were all super helpful and kind as well. There were quite a lot of families with loud kids that you could hear in the hallways, so recommend to bring some ear plugs if you are you sensitive to sound and located near the elevator, etc.

Stayed with my kids. Room size was more spacious than an average size hotel room in Japan. Location is convenient. Room was clean. Although the room cleaning service was on every 4th day, they exchanged the towels on a daily basis so, it was not an inconvenience to us. This is a friendly and unpressured environment, with compact but attractive rooms. The hotel offers a breakfast which is not to be missed. It is two blocks from the Fukuoka/Hakata rail hub but has surprisingly quiet and bright rooms.

Staff were nice, room (deluxe twin) was very big, felt more like a mini suite. The property was clean and in a great location.
