Being a traveler from the US this was a very unique two-level setup and my family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were able to wash our laundry as well which was a massive perk as we stayed here for a few nights. This location is a 15 minute walk to the Hakata train station and a 30 minute walk to the Canal City mall. Also a few minute walk from two 7-11's. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Check-in process was not efficient as the iPad wasn’t working. The support number provided was out of service. The property was not clean, ac vents blowing dirt onto the bunk bed beneath it. Sofa was littered with dirt and spots and stains. There’s a can of cockroach spray in the closet by the front door, good thing it’s there cause we caught one. Don’t waste your time honestly, cheers!

I booked two maisonette room, but I got standard rooms. One of room was dirty, bathroom was gross, kitchen was grease, no cutlery or bowls until I requested. Toilet was smelly. Location was good, convenience store and supermarket around.

Very nice, clean rooms, accessible to train station and stores. Beds and bedding were quite thin and even after stacking 3 or 4 beddings, still felt like you were sleeping right on the floor. Tried to use the stove 1 time and it was not working. A/C didnt cool the room overly well.

that was not the room I booked, I did not want to climb to the bed so I booked 2 maisonette room, but i got 2 standard rooms. one of room was dirty, I still see the grease, no cutlery and bowl or plate. I needed to request then I got it next day. the bathroom was gross as well. And i found hair on the tuton bed. only good thing is the location. very close to the train station.

清掃・設備・防犯面すべてにおいて改善を強く望みます【総評】地下鉄東比恵駅から徒歩3分と立地は良いですが、ホテルとしてのクオリティを期待すると非常に厳しい思いをします。アパートの一室を利用した施設ですが、管理体制に多くの問題を感じました。【衛生面】清掃が行き届いておらず、正直「清潔感」はありません。風呂場の排水口の汚れ、掛け布団の目立つ黄色いシミ、コード類の埃など、不快に感じる点が多かったです。ハンガーも種類がバラバラで整理されておらず、まるで「他人の生活感のある部屋」に紛れ込んだような感覚になりました。【寝具・ベッド】ベッドとしての機能に欠けています。二段ベッドがありましたが、マットレスの下の板が半分しかなく、物理的に使用不可能な状態でした。代替のソファベッドには寝具がなく、備え付けのマットレスも極薄で、2枚重ねないと底付き感があります。枕も使い古されてクタクタでした。【備品・設備】 3名2泊で予約したにもかかわらず、備品が圧倒的に不足しています。 • コップ4つ、皿1枚のみ。 • トイレットペーパーは1つだけで、滞在中に足りなくなりました。 • タオル類も各1枚ずつしかなく、滞在中の洗濯が必須です。 • コンセントも、据え置きのタブレットやテレビで占領されており、自由に使える箇所がほとんどありません。【防犯・騒音】チェックインのわずか2時間前に「電子キーの故障」を伝えられ、防犯面に大きな不安が残りました。また、壁が非常に薄く、隣の部屋の話し声が筒抜けです。【立地・周辺】駅からは近く（出口から3分程度）、コンビニも5分圏内にある点は便利です。ただ、周辺に観光地はないため、移動にかかる電車賃や手間を考えると、博多駅周辺や空港近くのホテルを選んだ方が賢明かもしれません。

제일 중요한 수면을 취하기가 어렵다 산진에 나오는 2층침대는 침대가 아니라 철재로 만든모양만 갗춘 침대라서 바닥은 베니어판을 깔아놓구 조금만 움직여두 철제소리에 흔들슨들거리고 진짜로 최악입니다 이런걸 소개하는것두 문제지만 어텋게 그렇게숙박시설읗 해놓구 영업을 할생각을하는지 참으로 화가남진짜 최악임
