The rooms we had were slightly smaller and the bathrooms were relatively small. I would say if you can go for the more expensive rooms then do it and your stay would be much more enjoyable. The facilities outside that were fantastic - this is a great spot for working travellers. The staff were great and super friendly.

Great atmosphere and service at check in. Location right next to airport subway which was convenient. Close walking to things. Most spacious room we had in Japan through our travels but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all

The hotel is solid the bar downstairs is Lively basically living up its name its just that it would have been nicer if it was a little bit away from the host bar venue nearby was a bunch of host clubs. Other than that solid hotel we got the basic room it was clean and professional. Would recommend this area for younger couples or single folks. Bartender knew his drinks
