Property was filthy. There was black mold and my wife had an asthma attack. There were appliances falling off the wall. Hair on the bed when we got there. The kitchen was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned before we got there.

我本來是要給五顆心的，因為單人公寓是住處應有盡有這部分很棒，有陽台採光很好，雖然離車站稍微一點點距離，但也算是寧靜的住宅區，附近有一間便利商店。但很可惜就是第二天凌晨wifi就斷了，也因為我手機是eSIM無法分享熱點，造成我第二天過後筆電就沒辦法上網，無人櫃檯可立即詢問呂解決偏遺憾。hotel 有服務電話，但我是外國旅客我的通訊形式無法打，屬於比較不巧的部分。這狀況有意外的成分，不全是Hotel的缺失，但也許有即時線上的客服（如line）有機會提升服務。

良かった点は、部屋の広さと立地です。ですが、ベッドに髪の毛の塊が落ちていたり、案内のある部屋のWi-Fiがそもそも存在しなかったり、挙句、問い合わせ先に何度TELしても繋がらず。案内しているWi-Fiが存在しない、サポートセンターが繋がらないことは悪質で誠意がないと思いました。部屋と立地は良いため非常に残念です。
