I would not recommend this “hotel” for families with young children or those with luggage. Firstly, this is not a hotel and the description in Expedia is not accurate. There are no staff present at any time. There is no reception - simply an iPad at the entrance. You cannot leave any luggage before or after your stay and no-one is contactable. There is no service at all - no room cleaning, no way to remove rubbish (our bins were overflowing by the time we left) etc. We emailed and texted the provided contacts before we arrived to see if we could possibly leave luggage at the hotel for a few hours before check in and received no reply. On the day we arrived it was torrential rain and I had 2 small children who were saturated. I rang the number on the iPad at least 30 times with no answer until someone finally answered. I was told check in is not for 40min and they hung up on me. The room itself is basic but clean and it was spacious. It’s in a quiet location with very little around (around 1.5km from Hakata station or 650m from Gion subway station). If I had my time over again (this was our first time in Fukuoka) I would stay around the Tenjin area.

We had a great stay overall, with a spacious and clean room. However, on the second night, we were locked out of the hotel because the entrance door PIN code had been changed without any prior notice. We resolved the issue by contacting the support team when we realised our PIN code was no longer working.

조용한 주택가 쪽이었습니다. 아기들과 가면서 큰 방으로 예약을 했더니, 아가들이 참 좋아하더군요. 화장실 2개, 샤워실 2개도 마음에 들었구요. 근처에 식당이나 편의시설이 많이 없어서 아쉬웠던 것 말고는 전부 마음에 들었습니다.

번화가와 떨어져 있어서 걱정했는데 오히려 좋았습니다. 조용하고 주변에 맛집이 많으며 편의점 2분거리, 써니마트 10분 거리여서 부족함이 전혀 없었어요. 써니마트는 고후쿠마치역과 연결되어 있었습니다. 버스역도 가까워서 대중교통 이용이 좋습니다. 세븐일레븐도 10분정도 거리라 atm이용 역시 좋았습니다. 번화가에 가면 사람이 많아 식당 줄 서야 하는데 이 근처 식당들은 그렇지 않아 좋습니다. 관광객이 적은 동네라 그런 지 카드가 되지 않는 식당들도 좀 있었어요. 렌트 하실 분 들은 주변에 코인주차장이 아주 많으니 자리 걱정하실 필요가 없습니다. 부모님 모시고 묶었는데 숙소가 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았습니다. 사실 6인이상이 한방에 지낼려면 화장실이 하나인걸 감안해야 하는데 화장실 두개 샤워실 두개 인 게 아주 편리했습니다. 캡슐커피도 꼭 드셔보세요. 맛있었어요. 그런데 숙소에 지내는 동안 질문이 있어서 메세지를 보냈는데 체크아웃까지 확인을 안하시더라구요. 아주 급박한거면 어떻게든 연락할텐데.... 아니여서 넘겼지만 어떻게 직원분들과 연락을 해야하는지 안내가 좀 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

걸어다니기도 좋고 으슥한 골목길이 아니고 환한길이라 밤에다니기에도 좋더라구요. 하카타역이나 텐진역근처가 아니라 조용해서 좋아요. 가격도 가성비 짱이고 수건이나 옷은 세탁해서 쓸수있어서 좋았네요. 다음 후쿠오카여행에도 여기갈꺼같아요.

4박이상만 수건교체가 가능하다고해서 썼던스건 또쓰고 마지막날은 수건추가해달라고했더니 사전에 공지했다고 안된다고함. 수건이 필요하년 근처 코인세탁방에가서 빨아쓰라고하네요. 호텔근처에 세탁방이 오디냐고 물어보니 그건 자기네들이 모른다고합니다 이제까지 호텔 수박하면서 수건이 부족해서 또쓰고 빨아쓰기는 처음이네요. 이런부분은 잘 호ㅓㄱ인하고가세요. 그리고 하카타나 텐진까지 이동도 생각보다 불편해요. 캐리어끌고 걷기쉽지않네요. 이동동선 잘확인해보고 숙박결정하세요. 1킬로도 캐리어 끌로 가기 멀어요

房間對於三個人來說是足夠大，但清潔方面有點不足，咖啡壼封塵以致不敢使用，浴室和洗手間都十分寛敞。 入房手續雖然簡單但其中的規則條款冗長，假如要每條細讀可能要20分鐘以上，因為剛到埗太累了，只好在同意欄內勾上，建意旅店先把條款在電郵內提前交給客人。 停留最後的一晚回到房間時發覺房門不能打開，在入口處用視訊與他們多次溝通和測試，最後對方派來維修人員修理才能復原，我們足足等了一個多小時才可進房，另一方面也擔心明早是否可以打開門離開去機場，這一夜真是擔心得無法安睡。
