We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5 minute walk from the bus stop. Overall a comfortable stay, just wished the check in process was a bit more efficient.

まず、チェックインから最悪。タブレット端末で宿泊者全員の入力を寒いロビーでさせる。これって事前にスマホでできなかったのでしょうか？時間の無駄でしかない。スタッフとの通話でも雑音だらけで、聞き取れないのに勝手に通話を切られる。駐車場はあり、空いてるのに、ないと言われる。私達は素直にお金を払ってコインパーキングに止めましたが、他の車はずーと止めてましたが？どういうことですか？納得いかない。 部屋に入れば、生乾きの臭い、風呂はカビだらけ、ホコリも凄い。自分で掃除しました。 プロジェクターと2段ベッドは子供が喜んでました。

地點離車站遠，check in 很麻煩，沒有職員在場協助，只能用平板電腦與職員通話，預訂了兩間房間，用密碼開門後竟然其中一間已給其他住客，對方行李還在房間，幸好沒有住客在內。 最後只好再與職員聯絡，再給另一間房間予我，睡了一晚，第二天早上房門貼了便條說URGENT!! 要中午12點前退房😤，又要執拾行李再與職員聯絡再給另一間房間給我。這間酒店給住客印象太差了，沒有職員會清潔房間，住了7天6夜，垃圾要自行清理。房內沒有額外垃圾袋。
