Good location

Excellent location, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Lots of amenities close by. Only exception is washing machine did not come with a dryer after washing the clothes.

I don’t have any massive concerns or praise for this hotel. I think it was perfectly acceptable for a stay in Fukuoka. As an American the facilities were very small for me (bed was small, the bathroom was very small, etc.) but at the end of the day, I was only at my hotel to sleep. That being said, the chair in the room was kind of gross and heavily stained, and the vanity in the bathroom was a little broken. That being said, they offered complimentary toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razors and cream, shampoo, etc.), slippers, and more. Overall, I had no issues here and would stay again. The self check in is a little intimidating but it wasn’t too hard to figure out.

Super awesome place. Everything you want with no frills/added cost for a bunch of services and things you dont need. The front staff were also super amazing and awesome (was shocked at how well they could speak English too. Highly recommend for people that like convenience (laundry in room, kitchen, nice bath etc)

Everything was fine except for the musty smell. When we turned on the heater, the smell got worse, so we turned it off. I think the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned. It was also odd that when we left our suitcases before checkin, the receptionist just left them in the lobby and didn’t give us a ticket. She was nice enough to bring them up to our room after about 15 mins.
