The hotel was perfect. The location was a short walk from Hakata Station. The rooms are clean and well maintained by hotel staff. The front desk staff are really amazing and helpful and did an excellent job helping me with my stay and are able to speak English well. Definitely recommend President Hotel if you are staying in Fukuoka.

This hotel is absolutely worth recommending! The environment is excellent, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The design is simple yet comfortable, making it a very relaxing stay. The service was also outstanding – staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, whether it was during check-in or answering our questions. The location is very convenient as well, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to transportation. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Yamato San and Ukeda San, Managers at the hotel were extremely attentive and took great care in making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife and I have ‘best in class’ memories of our stay and we are looking forward to our return visit on 1 June

The room is very small, but we knew that going in. It’s clean, the water pressure was great, bed is comfortable enough, the property itself doesn’t look old, overall no complains. The location is amazing, with a convenient store right across the street from the property and within 5mins walking from one of the city’s main train station Hakata. Good hotel but some flaws.

For the price and a place to stay I would recommend. Only con for me was that the room was way smaller than I expected. For a couple, space was too small. The bed was ok comfortable and pillows were so so. If you just need a clean place to sleep I would recommend. If you have a whole family and luggage find a bigger place.

Convenient location close to a convenience store and the train station. When I first arrived, my room was pretty dusty and smelled of smoke. I asked for room service the next day and they quickly offered to change my room altogether. No issues with the second room. Luggage storage available. Shuttle to train station available. This property was ok. The staff were friendly but otherwise the condition of the building is a bit run down. The biggest thing was that it was noticeably more dirty than any other japanese hotel we've stayed in. It seems like the cleaning standard is not high here. Also the clean towels we got smelled bad which was unpleasant. Overall it was fine for a couple of nights and the shuttle to the station was nice.

The receptionist was very professional, however the hotel is not that good, the breakfast was very disappointing and wasn’t made for tourists. There is no choice like the other hotel with breakfast buffet. I only ate the bowl of rice. For sleeping only I recommend but do not take the breakfast.
