i love the fact that the hotel provides a machine for us to vacuum our clothes to make our packing much easier and also giving us more space in the luggage. there are coffee, wine, sake, pop corns, chips and udon served nightly at level 5 garden for guests. what a treat! the hotel is so well located next to the bus station and airport transfer so we can take airport transfer easily from international airport directly without the fuss. taxi is also easily available for morning flights for those who dont want to take the airport transfer. overall a very comfortable and clean stay!!

The hotel location is extremely convenient for anyone who is traveling in the area. The hotel itself has a lot of useful amenities as well (self service laundry, an above average spacious gym as far as Asian hotel goes), the staff are nice and the space very clean the only down side is the room is still on the smaller size for the price you pay (and considering the city) and the property is older. The breakfast buffet is mostly lukewarm (which is quite annoying as far as Asian meal goes) and can be quite chaotic (as the breakfast hour ends at 10:30am, what they meant is they want the space empty and done with breakfast by 10:30am...they start busting and cleaning around 10:15am so get your food and ready to finish up around 10:00am.)
