The hotel is connected to the subway underpass. I was standing near the front desk, and a staff member would approach me and offer assistance. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices but the taste is ok. The room relatively big for Japanese standard. Good value.

Great place in Hakata

It was very close from underground station, easy to find. Very nice facility. Enjoyed garden, gym, breakfast, also handy with coin laundry. We will use again!

The staff and service was great and being located next to Hakata Station and car rentals makes this place super convenient. But the room is terribly small. We needed a small night table removed to fit our two suitcases in. Even then, you can only walk into the room and then fall onto the bed. Two people can sleep in the room, but they cant function in it together at the same time. This is typical of hotels in Japan cities.
