The location of the hotel is great only within 2-3 mins walk from Hakata Station. However not much local shops or restaurants near the hotel but they have an attached convenient store and cafe which is easy to access quick drink or bite.

Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!

This was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel since 2 years ago. Compared with the previous experience, this time wasn't enjoyable as before. My room was a type of business comfortable with a massage chair. The wire connected with the remote control was terrible. Part of the inside wire was exposed. The clock display was 2 hours delayed in the room.

Staff was friendly and the room and property were very clean. The air conditioner worked which was great! It’s right by a bus station and train tracks but there was no noticeable noise from this. The room was small compared to western standards but that is to be expected in Japan.
