Hotel is great! Clean, comfortable, ample size for solo person to stay in. Staff are very helpful for check in. We don’t need to park overnight but the guy is nice to let us park for a while to load luggages and check in. Also our room is very clean and tidy. Everyday provide us drinking water and towels without call. Overall I like this hotel’s service.

This hotel is really a wonderful hotel which attaches great importance to its guests' comfort. I stayed in this hotel two times during this trip, a 3-night stay before a side trip else where, and a two-night stay afterwards. The first time I stayed, I complained about the assignment of a Japanese-style room to me because I had difficulty in coping with the low bed and chairs therein. The management promptly offered to change the room for me. I didn't take the offer because I subsequently discovered that it was me who booked the Japanese-style room by mistake. However, to my delightful surprise, Ms Yu Haraga of the hotel took the initiative to email me before I checked in for my second stay. In the email, Ms Yu Haraga explained that the room I booked for my second stay was also a Japanese style room, and offered to change my room to a standard double room to ensure my comfort. I was really touched by the efforts the hotel made to meet my needs. I was even more impressed to see Ms Yu Haraga coming forward to greet me when I checked into the hotel again. She further assured me that I could approach them for assistance where necessary. With the warmth she and her team showed me, my stay in this hotel has been most memorable and comfortable. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated staff who serve with heart and passion. I would surely stay in this hotel when I next visit Fukuoka. I would also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka.
