Amazing hotel with a great location, right next to Hakata. The cleaning staff were amazing, always done a fabulous job with the room - made our stay so comfortable. Would revisit again for sure, can’t wait

Liked the subway underground connection to the hotel. Enjoyed the onsen but please put a clock in the onsen so guests can time their visits.

Easy and fast go to subway station Hotel room are very clean and big Staff service is very good and helpful Such as help to call taxi and delivery the lugfage to packing slot area Will reconsider to stay at this hotel for next trip
