Staff was very friendly and location convenient to Hakata station. We did not use the train during our stay so we actually should have stayed near Tenjin where there are many more restaurants around. Warning: beds are very hard, notch above sleeping on the floor. Had to sleep on my side as sleeping on your back was very uncomfortable.

This hotel is super close to the Hakata station and accessible from underground (exit West 18) or by crossing the street from the West exit of the station. The room felt a little dated but overall everything was clean and met expectations.

3 mins walk from Hakata station. It was japan' s Golden Week, so the rate on Fri , Sat and Sunday are alot higher. But good location, breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Reason price for the breakfast

The staff trainee that served us was super pushy!!! Kept wanting to use English! And then just wouldn’t stop, even though her English was hard to and annoying to hear! If you want to help, use Japanese!

Great and friendly staff. Very helpful when it comes to sending luggages to your next hotel destination and airport. The check in is smooth and the amenities were nice. Hotel room was very clean and just liked the space and interior. The only small issue is that you have to go to different floors for the ice machine and laundry, and there is only one laundry machine and dryer for the 3 floors they had. Maybe additional machines or reservation system may be helpful.
