Convenient location (best to take exit 15 from Hakata station) and rooms are much bigger than I expected! We could open 3 medium sized luggages comfortably. Appreciate that there’s a few levels with dryer and washing machine so you don’t have to wait long for your turn. Would def go back and rec to friends and family!

There are laundromats but only three. Wi-Fi is ok and the television, though supports screen mirroring, fails to play Netflix or Prime due to copyright stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful.
