The only thing I would add if it's even an issue is a self use laundry facility rather than the only available laundry service, but again that's a small niggle. The entire hotel and stay was incredible and would stay there again! Staff was awesome and the room was great!

This was an overnight stay so I really didn’t get a chance to know a hotel or staff very well. Hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly. My lack of Japanese was not a hinderance whatsoever.

Was friendly check in. Breakfast was a bit of miss. Tried both western and local options. Would have preferred going to Starbucks around the corner. I did enjoy free bath salts and amenities. And even if left do not disturb sigh was still let out fresh towels in a bag was a nice touch. Bed was not most comfortable but pillows were comfortable to do the job but close and convenient to Hakata station
