This place was exceeding my expectation in every way. They had such friendly and accommodating staff. First thing they do when you walk in is help with your luggage to your room and have a quick and easy check in. They had spacious rooms and had an amazing view. I felt very well taken care of when I set foot into this hotel. I would definitely come back here again.

It is a very nice hotel. The only downside is the most major restaurants there are closed in Mondays and Tuesdays. The breakfast buffet is great! They bake the best bread in Japan!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location– directly above a subway station on the Airport line. With that said, I'll mention I wasn't happy with my check-in experience. Everyone was friendly during my stay, but moments after I brought my things to the room the phone rang. It was the woman at the front desk who checked me in telling me the credit card I presented for payment had been declined. What?!!!! I'd been using that high-limited Visa card during a month of travel in Japan, South Korea and Vietnam without any problems. I was obviously concerned I'd become the victim of fraud and immediately went back downstairs to offer a different card. It was rather humiliating. The desk clerk couldn't explain why my card had been rejected, but she gave me a two-digit code that accompanied the rejection that I could use to contact my bank. Bottom line: The code meant the clerk had entered an incorrect CVV number from the back of my Visa. Her simple error had caused me considerable discomfort. I didn't see her again during my stay so I'm putting this in the review hoping the hotel management will ask the front desk staff to be more careful!

急遽素泊まりで当日に予約し、深夜チェックインでしたが、スタッフの方は笑顔で迎えてくれ非常に印象が良かったです。 施設や設備は自体は少し古いですが、清掃が行き届いており、質の高さを感じました。朝、清掃のスタッフとすれ違ったのですが、笑顔で挨拶してくれたのも印象が良かったです。 中心地かつ駅のそばなので観光施設へのアクセスもスムーズでした。 次はぜひ朝食付きで数日間のんびり宿泊したいと思えるほど快適に滞在できました。
