We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were very helpful and were very patient as there were a couple times that communication was a little challenging. The room was spacious and comfortable and I really liked how clean everything was. The food in the hotel's restaurants was excellent. There are a lot of places to shop in the area and transportation was easy as well. I really enjoyed my time at the New Otani and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is close to the subway station, within walking distance to downtown, offers Times car sharing in the parking lot, and has a large capacity, making it suitable as a hotel for family trips. ■Not Good The wifi in the rooms does not provide enough access bandwidth to the internet and would like to see improvements.

ホテルとしては歴史があるので、施設の設備は味があるような感じがしました。スタッフの対応は、さすがとしか言いようがない。素晴らしいサービスでした。ゴミを持っていたら「捨てましょうか」と声をかけていただいたり、外の天気の情報を教えてくださったりと、大変、親切かつ丁寧な対応をしていただきました。ありがとうございました。
