2泊利用させて頂きました。部屋の間取りも広くとられており大浴場もあり朝も6時から利用可能だったため朝食バイキングの前に入浴できました。バイキングも品数豊富で、個人的には阿蘇の牛乳がとても美味しかったです。2日目は部屋の清掃をお願いしたらパジャマや無料の水まで新しいものが用意されており、気持ちよく利用できました。スタッフどの方も対応が一流、全く嫌な思いをすることはありませんでした。私達が宿泊した日は海外旅行者の方が多くいらしてましたが、スタッフの方の対応(おもてなし)に同じ日本人として嬉しくも思いました。気持ちよく旅行でき、また頑張って私も仕事したいと思います。そしてまた九州におじゃまする際はこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

室内などは清潔で快適でした。朝食ビュッフェでは1口サイズの明太子があったので3切れ取ったらスタッフにジロジロ顔を見られました。インバウンド客が9割ぐらいいたのでジロジロ見ても何も思わないだろうと思ったんですかねー。まぁ、不快でした。
