博多駅が近く、周辺もコンビニや飲食店が多く非常に便利で困ることがない。 チェックイン時のスタッフの対応も丁寧。 連泊だったので、サービスは必要最低限のだか、料金も周辺ホテルに比べてリーズナブル。 部屋も綺麗で文句のつけようがない。

全体的によかったが、部屋が1階でロビーの横の自動ドア（ロビーと宿泊スペースをわけるドア）が開くたびに空気が抜けるのか自室のドアが揺れる音が少し気になった。 部屋は清潔で、コンパクト、外は猛暑なのになぜかエアコンなしで過ごせた。ロビーにコーヒーや紅茶などのドリンクを入れる所がありありがたかった。
