Hakata Green has been our go-to Hotel option as it is conveniently located right next to Hakata Station; there are plentiful of food options, bars and shopping an extensive food hall & supermarket. It is everything you need for a tourist. It is also well-connected by Metro to the popular shopping district Tenjin and walking-distance to many local attractions.

Overall a very good stay: clean, convenient, and the room was spacious—big enough for two adults with double beds. The only downside was the last night, I kept hearing a recurring “bo” sound around 22:00–24:00 and 06:00–08:00, which affected my sleep. Light sleepers may need to request a room away from the stairwell.

It was a good experience to come back to Fukuoka and had a stay at Hakata Green. Last time to might be 6 years ago; It was very nice and clean room as usual, and it is a very convenient spot at Hakata. Definitely will come back again!

The location is so convenient that travelers from airports can arrive by bus. The hotel room is very tidy and clean. I can open up my luggage (26inch). I really appreciate that there is a fridge with freezer in the room so i can buy ice cream without any hesitation. Nearby the hotels is the area mixed with various shopping centers, eateries and convenient stores. It is no need to worry about breakfasts as there are many coffee shops around the hotel (as breakfast is not included).
