房間的整潔程度大致還可以，除了一些細微的位置有灰塵之外其他位置也尚可接受。可惜女朋友在床上睡完之後有皮膚敏感反應。地理位置距離博多站大概有10至15分鐘路程天氣炎熱時比較辛苦。房間內有洗衣機。
