Nice hotel and the price is comparable to others rated similar in the area. Great staff. Most spoke my native language (English). It was a short walk from Hakata Station. Lots of shops and places to eat.

Typical older 1980s Japanese hotel. Rooms were on the small side for Fukuoka and not recently renovated. Mattress and linens were nice but the bathroom definitely needs renovation.

部屋がタバコ臭が染み付いた匂いがしており、時間が経てば鼻が慣れるのではと思い我慢していましたが、時間が経過すると共にやや胸が苦しくなる感じになり、内線をしその旨を伝え部屋の変更を依頼しました。すぐに対応してくださり、7日間の滞在を快適に過ごす事ができ助かりました。

IHGがオペレーターだけにフロントやスタッフ、室内清掃などサービスは行き届いており、全く不満はありませんが、いかんせん設備というか建物そのものが古いため、廊下の音がうるさかったり、シャワーの水圧が弱かったり、あと部屋のソファーの表面のファブリックがぼろぼろで、これは取り替えの対象にはならない点がびっくりでした。
