“El hotel es muy simple. Creo que, aunque es barato, es demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen. Llegamos y no andaban las luces. Tuvimos que esperar para que lo solucionaran. El desayuno es muy limitado en opciones. Faltó variedad y calidad. La atención fue correcta por parte de la dueña ”

“My stay was an amazing experience thanks to the lovely stuff, including -- but not limited to -- the owner Mo, Mwana, Chelsea, and Regina. They provided top-notch service with a smile and made me feel part of the family.
I also loved the upper deck, where we could grab a bite, just chill or watch the FiFA World Cup.
A truly unforgettable experience.
I'll be back!🙂”

“I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this hotel owner. We paid $2,700 for what was clearly sold to us as a 3-day tour, but after payment it was suddenly reduced to only 2 days with no proper explanation or refund.
To make matters worse, we were left at the airport without any transportation arranged, despite this being part of what was discussed. Since then, the owner has ignored our messages and refused to respond or take responsibility.
