Not bad but room for improvement

Overall you get what you pay for, probably the cheapest options in the area. Room is basic but super nice bathroom, big bathtub, strong water pressure and clean bathroom. However, it would be better if they can improve the room smell. I think they tried by placing with some air freshener inside the room. But there’re some damped smells, which stinks all my clothes and towels even they are in my luggage. Location wise- close to the shop strews and there’s a drugstore opened until midnight next door, or even only 5 minutes walk to the nearest MaxValue supermarket. To top that, excellent Mount Fuji view in the early morning from the rooftop!

This was a bad experience for the three days i have checked in this hotel/airbnb. The room is very small and it doesn't fit my luggage, also the air conditioning unit has a bad odor. There is not exhaust fan inside the toilet. Staff doesn't change the towels, amenities, also the bed sheets are not very clean. The pillows were not comfortable and gave me neck pain. the location of the hotel is not recommended because it is very far away from the train station. When we first got in the room, the refrigerator was not clean and had leftover bottles, also the floor was not clean. There is only one trash can, there is none for the bathroom. You can hear the other rooms, people speaking, walking and talking, the wall is very thin.

広くて快適な部屋でした。エアコンは使用可能、冷蔵庫もあります。脱衣所がないのですが、部屋とお風呂が分かれるので問題ありませんでした。 歯ブラシもあり、またティッシュがちゃんとありました。安い宿では最近、そういうものも何もないパターンがあったので助かりました。 お風呂も広くて良かったです。しっかり湯船に浸かりました。 部屋の掃除は１箇所、前の方の髪の毛等が張り付いている部分がありました。家具に隠れていたと思われますので、清掃がされていないわけではないと思いますが少しだけ気になりました。 特にスタッフの方にも合わないですし、その辺りのことはわかりません。 家族で安価に滞在できたのは良かったです。

ベッドの間にあるキャビネットの引き出しの中にゴキブリの死体がありました。 また引き出しを引き出したら戻らなくなりました。 Wi-Fiは部屋の扉付近に行けば少しだけ使えましたがすぐに切れました。ベッドでは全く使えませんでした。 チェックイン，チェックアウトは無人でしたのでスタッフとサービスは無評価です。
