We stayed here a few years ago while passing through and decided to come back again. The room is very spacious and modern. The bathroom is a bit outdated in comparison to the room, but still perfectly fine—clean and well-maintained. The TV includes YouTube and Netflix. Friendly reception. The neighborhood isn’t very lively, but it’s conveniently located near the highway if you’re just passing through. It’s about a 15–20 minute drive to the center of Nuremberg and 5 minutes to the center of Fürth.

El Hotel es icónico y muy original. Mi hijo de 11 años quedó impresionado por hospedarse dentro de una pirámide de cristal. Te hace sentir la experiencia perfectamente. Llegamos tarde y nos dejaron aparcar en la placita delante del hotel. El Hotel y desayuno muy bien, limpieza muy bien, habitación perfecta con vistas. Tiene unas cortinas automatizadas que por la mañana hacen su función bien. El aire acondicionado hay que subirlo porque a ciertas horas de la mañana el Sol calienta mucho. El Hotel es perfecto para ir luego a Playmobil. Mi familia no olvidará la experiencia. Me faltó detalles de aseo personal en el baño, aunque limpio y bien. Muy contentos y repetiría.

Wij hebben 1 nacht geboekt op doortocht naar Kroatië. Hotel gecombineerd met bezoek aan Playmobil FunPark. Gemakkelijk te bereiken hotel. Wij hadden een extra grote kamer (2 volwassenen en 2 jongere kinderen). Alles was netjes. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamers echt niet donker zijn. De verduistering is niet optimaal. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Durch die Verbindungstür hört man alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer, als wäre die Person im eigenen Zimmer. Das Personal ist Nachts nicht darauf eingegangen. Beim CheckOut wurde eine Entschädigung angeboten, die bisher nicht ankam. Und auf Email wurde nicht reagiert. Warum, bei einem nicht ausgebuchten Hotel, die Zimmer nebeneinander belegt waren, wurde nicht eingegangen. Das Zimmer heizt sich sehr schnell auf, logisch, da es wie ein Gewächshaus wirkt. Die Klimaanlage konnte es herunterkühlen. Der Ausblick war wundervoll.

Man hat gemerkt das das Hotel erst wieder eröffnet wurde, wirkte noch etwas unorganisiert.Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig, hätte mir nur ein Tablett gewünscht um mein Frühstück in einem zum Tisch bringen zu können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sauber. Hatte leichte Schwierigkeiten das Wasser in der Dusche auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu bringen und den Lüfter habe ich auch nicht richtig eingestellt bekommen.Super fand ich das kostenfreie parken in der Tiefgarage. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dennoch gut.

Väldigt dyr hotel. Överlag inte värt pengarna. Det ingick ingenting i priset och det var nästan dubbel så dyrt än alla andra hotell som vi besökte i samma klass under vår resa genom Europa.

Lignede noget der var tæt på konkurs

Alt på hotellet var flot, udenfor lignede det et sted der var ved at lukke. Det var meget lidt velholdt med ekstremt meget ukrudt. Restaurant var lukket så der var ikke muligt at få noget at spise efter en lang tur fra Italien, ligeledes var det ikke muligt at få morgenmad. Ekstremt dårlig service hvad det angår.

Sehr angenehmes Zimmer, Bad etwas veraltet aber dennoch super. Hotel eingang sehr unübersichtlich durch krankenhaus nebenan, man traut sich kaum an die schranke zu fahren.
