Vacations Close To Fountains of Bellagio

Very nice resort with wonderful pool area. Food options were good- breakfast buffet was just ok- but everything else was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and we would def stay here again

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. I thought the kiosk check-in and on-the-go check out were fabulous! (I had my doubts but it worked seamlessly) Another thing I loved was the "vibe" in the hotel. The Havana area bar and coffee shop were awesome. My only complaint was that our room did not get cleaned until day 2 (after I had selected daily upon check-in). Dirty towels give me the ick. But for time's sake - we used them.

I've stayed at Planet Hollywood numerous times and this time was the most disappointing. Only 2 of the 6 elevators in the North Tower were working and you had to wait upwards of 20 minutes because each time the doors opened the elevators were full. We were offered a fountain/strip view as an upgrade, as well as a cot since there were 3 of us and we wanted our own beds but then had to ask several times for the cot, by calling guest services and finally going back down to the front desk. The issues were more of an annoyance but we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.
