Bra hotel

Inte mycket att säga, trevligt hotel, bra pris. Tåget åker dock förbi så om du inte sover så tungt kan det bli jobbigt! Annars finfint! God frukost och fräsht rum!

Kom sent till hotellet som var obemannat. Det fanns ingen tvål i behållaren över handfatet, belysning som inte fungerade, golvet var inte torkat (väl synliga fläckar), gick inte att se på SVT 1 och 2. Dock var frukosten dagen efter mycket god. Härlig byggnad som man skulle kunna göra mycket av.

Hundraåringen som klev ut genom fönstret...

Charmigt järnvägshotell som känns hämtat ur "Hundraåringen..". Ser inte mycket ut för världen på utsidan, men fräscht och renoverat på indidan.

För en natt billigt och bra. Läget mycket avsides.

Nyrenoverat rum, mycket fin matsal, god frukost. Ligger tyvärr vid järnvägen, som hörs. Ett eluttag hade ingen ström, det fanns inga klädgalgar, heltäckningsmattan hade varit med om en ”olycka”, såg ofräscht ut.

Vi kommer tillbaka

Bra rum och mycket sköna sängar. Vi hade lite otur att mycket var slut till frukosten kl 9.30. Ett stort sällskap med ungdomar hade plundrat nästan allt. Men det kom påfyllning och vi blev nöjda.

Bra och välfylld frukostbuffé. krånglande wifi gjorde att tv mestadels inte funkade. I beskrivningen stod att det var ett enkelrum med bred enkelsäng så positiv överraskning var att det var en dubbelsäng, men det fanns förvånande nog bara badlakan, handduk och glas bara till 1 person! Det fanns ytterst lite Toapapapper och tvål på toaletten.

Ett fantastiskt hotell

Frövi Hotell levererar alltid. Nya frukostmatsalen är riktigt fin. Har tillbringat otaliga vistelser på hotellet. Smidigt och nära in till Örebro. Rekommenderas å det varmaste.

Det var ett jättefint rum, men slitet och smutsigt, inte så städat, smuts på toan smuts på mattan och gamla glasringsmärken på bordet, men handdukarna var rena och sängen skön. Det som höjde allt var tillgången till gymmet som var så bra!

Ett hotell med oväntat bra restaurang!

Hotellet är så mycket bättre än vad en tror ska finnas i Heby. Det släktdrivna hotellet ger ett personligt bemötande. Kökschefen är dock den stora behållningen. Det får antas att hon inom kort tid återfinns på något fint hotell i en riktigt stad.

Som att vara på besök hemma hos någon.

Hotellet bjuder på personligt bemötande och en känner sig alltid som en VIP-gäst. Ibland kommer det välkomstgåvor, ibland en extra efterrätt. När när andra hotell bjuder på negativa överraskningar, bjuder Frövi Hotell istället på positiva.

Lugn och ro på översta våningen

Utmärkt service. Bodde högst upp med fönster in mot gården. Ett trevligt rum med lugn och ro. Bott flera nätter i annat rum med fönster ut mot gatan. Avsevärt mycket mindre ljud utifrån i det här rummet. I övrigt ett bra val av hotell. Trevlig personal och mycker för pengarna.

Trevligt och respektfullt

Jag är en återkommande gäst och jag är det av flera anledningar. Hotellet ger ett stort mervärde till sina gäster. Det är små extra överraskningar vid frukost, men också vid middagsbuffën när jag väljer att äta på hotellet. Jag har varje gång fått ett personligt och trevligt bemötande. Det även fast personalen gör sitt bästa för att inte störa gästerna. Jag uppskattar kombinationen av respekt för mitt behov av att få lugn och ro, och av ett bemötande som får mig att känna mig som deras viktigaste gäst någonsin. Det är så sällan man upplever det på andra hotell.

Super!

Mysigt litet hotell, fanns allt man behövde. Bra frukost, tyst och lugnt område. Smidig in och incheckning utan personal på plats. Finns lite olika matställen och en ica i närområdet. Gratis Parkering precis framför hotellet !

Ett enkelt hotell med positiva överraskningar

Hotellet rekommenderas å det varmaste! En gemytlig atmosfär. Standarden är långt över vad den beskrivs som och definitivt långt över vad jag betalar för. Det innebar en positiv överraskning och ett trevligt mervärde. I all sin enkelhet ges ändå god service. Allt som behövs finns och lite därtill. Rummet var trevligt inrett och massagedushen i ett rymligt badrum en uppskattad överraskning. Frukosten är inget märkvärdigt men ändå finns allt där. Lite som en avskalad kontinentalfrukost. Prisvärd middagsbuffe med karaktär av hemlagad men vällagad husman. För mig var behovet någonstans att bo för enkelt ta mig in till Örebro. Det går snabbt med bil och det finns både buss och tåg precis bredvid hotellet.

Bedrövlig frukost

Rent men slitet hotell . Sköna nya bäddar . Plastmatta i badrum. Frukosten var under all kritik. Inte själva utbudet men varorna användes som rester dag efter dag Ofärsk bröd. Allt hade en hinna och smakade gammalt kylskåp. Bedrövligt dåligt med något som annars är så enkelt och de flesta ser framemot vid sin hotellvistelse , att hålla en schyst frukost!?
