Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Close to the airport, and there are buses to downtown, there was a locker room for luggage, and we were able to take a bus downtown without carrying extra stuff.

Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen konnte, so dass frische Luft von draußen herein konnte. Sehr gut hat mir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, sowie die schönen Wanderwege am See gefallen.

We booked a three-course dinner, full access to the spa for the duration of our stay, and a couples massage to enjoy a relaxing time and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At check-in, I believed that everything had been paid for, including the spa access, just like the dinner. We were given bathrobes, which made us think everything was well organized and ready. However, the next day, when we were about to go to the spa, we were informed that toddlers are not allowed after 12 noon. This was not mentioned to us during check-in, and unfortunately, it disrupted our plans. As a result, we had to cancel our couples massage and dinner reservation. Instead, we drove to the nearest water park (Badeland) so that our toddler could still enjoy swimming. In my opinion, this issue could have been avoided if we had been properly informed about the spa rules during check-in and if staff had ensured that everything was clearly explained and in order. Instead of feeling relaxed and happy, we left feeling stressed and disappointed with our stay.

Otroligt serviceminded personal! Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och hemma. Hotellet är superfint och frächt! Maten var toppen och rummet rent och snyggt. Vi sa hela familjen när vi åkte hem att här har man verkligen lyckats med personalen!

Värt ett besök!

Vi fick bo i huvudbyggnaden trots vårat rum egentligen var i en närliggande byggnad. Bodde en våning ner så väldig insyn, vilket i sig inte gjorde så mycket. Dock var det rätt lyhört och med flera hundar i grannrummen som lämnades ensamma på kvällarna så lät det rätt mycket. Men otroligt trevlig personal både i receptionen, spa och i restaurangen! Bra bussförbindelser in till Östersund, då taxi är dyrt eftersom den utgår från ösd,

Vi hadde gledet oss til å komme tilbake etter vi besøkte hotellet i fjor. Ingen over, ingen ved siden av. Servicen er god, rommene er fine og har behagelig air condition som ga svale temperaturer på rommet selv når det var 30 grader ute. Spaet er top notch og gymmet er som et fullskala treningssenter!
