“The staff were very welcoming, breakfast was great and the room was lovely. No issues with parking and would return in the future.”

“Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again.”

“Our stay was perfect. The room was big enough for our family of four, bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy. What’s an added bonus is the best breakfast you will ever have! Award winning marmalades, served with HOMEMADE bread and all of the ingredients of the cooked breakfast’s are local and high quality. I highly recommend having the French toast or the Cumbrian breakfast, my son would highly recommend the kids French breakfast which is chocolate dipping bowl and fresh...
