This is such a wonderful little spot on mainstreet, and a perfect spot to have a mountain experience! The fire place and comfy chairs in the lobby areas are a great place to hang out and feel cozy in the mountains

My best friend and I did a girl's weekend here and absolutely loved staying at Hotel Frisco. Not only was everything very clean but the staff was warm and welcoming. The check in process is simple and parking is close and convenient. There are great areas inside and outside the hotel to enjoy and it's walking distance to everything. We will absolutely be back!

Great location, great happy hour, live music!!

Loved our stay here! Quick overnight before kayaking in the AM - arrived during happy hour (which included complimentary beverages and AWESOME live music). Great lounge plus firepit out front, clean rooms. No AC but great breeze coming through plus a little fan. Love the remodel - new owners are great!! Def recommend!!

This Hotel was quaint and comfortable. The staff was the most welcoming and accommodating. Love the live music especially the Soul Sisters. The happy hour each afternoon was relaxing. The window in our room needs replacing. Our room was small so check out what you need closely or call for booking. Overall it was nice and we will return.

The hotel is conveniently located on Main Street. However, the AC didn’t work and our room was 78 degrees at night. Nobody is at the front desk after 8 pm if you need anything. The window locks on our first floor window didn’t lock. The refrigerator ran all night.

Loved the location and easy parking for this hotel. Check-in /out was also super easy. The hotel itself was not particularly quiet as there were a ton of children running the halls for many hours but I blame the parents, not the hotel for that. Location is amazing -- right in the heart of Frisco and easy walking to everything. Excellent dining options for dinner and breakfast nearby. My fault for not noticing that there was no A/C in the room. The room was a little stuffy when we got back from dinner and the screen on the window wouldn't stay in place -- tried to get it back in the track but failed. We left the window open overnight anyway to get some air flow and hoped we wouldn't wake up with a ton of mosquito bites. Bed was comfortable.

I stayed here about four years ago, in the nice big room with the kitchen and such. It was just me this time so I booked a king. The bed took up the whole room and I could almost roll into the bathroom from the bed. I asked if there was a bigger room and they graciously gave me a room with a full size bed. She was very nice. I bought supplies, water, and a few beers and put them in the room refrigerator. The next day nothing was cold, the back of it was frozen over. I told the reception guy and he said "what do you want me to do about it"? I said, "well you could fix it". He replied "I don't have any other ones, so we'd just have to unplug it or turn it down". I lived with it for four days, it wasn't the end of the world. It was hot the first day, and there wasn't AC, certainly not their fault. Their remedy? A noisy floor fan covered in dust. There was a second pile of junk fan as well. In five nights they didn't clean my room once. I was fortunate to find a cleaning staffer and asked for new towels after about four days. The front desk staff is only their part of the day, and all the main doors are open. The keys to my room contained a crappy lock, easily breakable, and a security bar that wouldn't block anyone. My door rattled all night, the remote control buttons were broken, and the shower squealed like a pig whenever i used it. The only plus was the water was plenty hot, unlike many places. This place needs some work, there's plenty of options close by.

I cannot believe this place gets any good reviews at all honestly. The only good thing about it is the location. The room was small and not only did it not have AC, the baseboard heat was on and unable to be shut off. It was relatively cool outside so I figured I’d just open the window and put a fan in it, only to find out it leads directly to the balcony of the neighboring room. I’m a single woman, leaving a window open that leads to the neighboring room would be extremely dangerous. I went down to the lobby to ask for either another room or maybe a refund so I could go somewhere else, but there was no employees working anymore. None of this is disclosed on third party sites or their website, as I’ve checked both. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.

In most of the attributes of the property we found them to be satisfactory except for the shower. In our view the shower was extremely dangerous. The floor had NO anti-slip covering and was absent any handholds. Any fixture assisting the elimination of slips and/or falls was absent making for a terrifying showering experience. We will not choose to stay in the Hotel Frisco until we can reassured that this dangerous situation has been eliminated.

The property, room, and staff were great! Will definitely stay here again. The only issue was the mattress was terrible… very thin and very very soft. Upgrade the rooms with decent mattresses and this place is 5 Stars all day.
