“Terrible”

“The Virginia Highlands hospitality is evident in every employee at this property. From the moment we checked in to checking out the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their community. “Muy buena atención por el personal a cargo del hotel. Se podría mejorar en la variedad del desayuno”

“Bien”

“Buen servicio. El cuarto, limpio y cómodo y el desayuno delicioso”

“Quiet and basic place, according to its price. clean room and a bit old spaces. the staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist. the breakfast is basic and the cupcakes they give are delicious and homemade.”

“The air conditioning did not work in our room. Although we did get a new room it was a lot to move with an autistic child. I do feel there should have bin something given for our troubles as we were unpacked and settled in.”

Breakfast was decent, but the man staffing the office/lobby/breakfast room was not friendly—he was rude, condescending. His “treating customers with some respect” was non-existent. We will not be staying here in any future...
