It was a very good hotel with this price, rewe is in vicinity and you can buy everything you need. The only thing I did not like was some unreal explanations about room, based on room description it was supposed to have a partial view to bodensee, but was not met, and bathroom facilities was not complete.

Good city hotel for good price/quality

I've been reading a lot of negative comments here. Definitely disagreeing. This might not be the perfect hotel, as nearly none is, but it was definitely a perfect price quality match. Good large clean room, good service and nice breakfast. No complaints at all!

It isn't a 4 stars hotel , max a 3 stars. No AC in the rooms, the rooms were loud, warm, humid in a level that sleeping as almost impossible. The window/door was broken and there were insects inside.

Schon beim Check in gab es Probleme zwecks des Parkplatzes, welcher auf der Rückseite des Hotels im begrenzten Maß vorhanden ist. Um auf den Parkplatz zu gelangen, muss zunächst der Parkplatz bezahlt werden, auch wenn man dafür noch keine Quittung erhält.. Eine Quittung erhält man erst auf Nachfrage beim auschecken. Es ist nicht besonders modern, viele Einrichtungsgegenstände sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, und insgesamt wirkt der Lobby und Essens sehr altbacken. Gerade im Frühstücksbereich sieht man viele Wasserschäden, die Markise hat ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich, beim Frühstück fehlen solche Sachen wie Orangensaft, Nutella… Ansonsten ist das Frühstück ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, in unserem Zimmer fehlte der Safe, und im Bad lagen schwarze, lange Haare. Als besonders ruhig konnten wir das Hotel auch nicht erleben.

Tassen für Kaffee im Zimmer waren schmierig. Die Station für Kaffee im Zimmer war komplett eingestaubt. Im Zimmer war ein schlechter Duft, besonders im Bad. Hotel schon etwas älter. Obwohl im Vorfeld wegen Parkmöglichkeiten telefoniert würde, war kein Parkplatz frei. Wir mussten einige Meter weiter auf einem Parkplatz parken. Dies war jedoch nur abends möglich. Hotel sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Also die 4 Sterne hatte dieses Hotel vielleicht vor 10Jahren, mittlerweile sind es unsrer Ansicht nach nur noch 2 Sterne. Sehr abgewohnt, das Wasser kam braun aus der Dusche, sauber war es, Personal war freundlich. Die Parkschranke funktionierte nicht, dafür 17€ /Tag ist viel zuviel! Frühstück war okay, aber wie gesagt auf keinen Fall 4Sterne!

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur beim CheckIn wurde uns nichts gesagt was wir mit dem Preis für die Kurtaxe machen können, Abends wurde nichts angeboten im Hotel, für den Parkplatz wurde 17€ pro Tag gefordert, aber mit nur begrenzte Kapazität.

Zimmer in Ordnung, Bad nicht gut, nicht sauber. Duschvorhang dreckig und Dusche zu klein. Zimmer wurde einmal nicht gereinigt. Frühstück war katastrophal. Es fehlten immer wieder Grundnahrungsmittel wie Butter, Semmeln, Joghurt etc. Harte alte Brezen.Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Unfreundliches Personal. Nur Frau Zia war nett. Stufen im Außenbereich waren locker und kaputt. Sehr gefährlich. Wenig Auskunft an der Rezeption. Nicht zu empfehlen.
