The Orca Inn is not a fancy place, but it's in a great location for access to the waterfront and downtown area of Friday Harbor. My room was sufficient for my needs, and I was able to walk to the restaurants and marina, which suited me just fine. This is an expensive place to visit, and The Orca Inn is a great value for the money,

This hotel was literally half the price of any others that I looked at. I was traveling alone, so a small room worked just fine. Fridge and microwave in the room. It's about a ten minute walk from the harbor and has plenty of parking. The staff are all SO nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

One night on Friday Harbor

The accommodations were adequate for my one night business stay. I would stay here again. Taking in sunset from Line Kiln State Park was the highlight.

The room was tiny. The bed was pushed against one wall and the other side had maybe 30 inches betwen the bed and the wall. The decor was out of the 1970's. There was panelling on the wall that looked like it had been put up in the 60's. To top it all off the coffee in the office was not ready until after 9 am. To sum it up DO NOT STAY THERE!

The Inn served our needs since we stayed only from 4pm - 9pm. We needed an affordable place to rest and shower before boarding the late ferry to Anacortes. What we do recommend that the shower water pressure is increased. The shower was a trickle, but still hot.
