Super clean room, dinner at the restaurant was peaceful and delicious with an amazing view of the harbor. Can’t wait to come back some day. Our room was pretty spectacular too with a harbor view balcony.

The staff is not consistent. The restaurant greeter is not customer first. The large round table in the lobby means there’s literally nowhere to sit or congregate. Third floor has free coffee and sodas in the morning in the central area while there’s nothing on the main floor common area - for a very expensive room. Views are superb.

The staff here is the best! From Tara at the front desk to Austin as a server and many more. They went out of their way to talk and make sure all our needs were met. Beds were comfortable room designs are a bit dated and not well thought out. No real amenities here but a wonderful restaurant. Some issues with housekeeping leaving towels but not making the beds but were corrected when asked.

From checking in with Tara, to checking out with Zoe the whole experience was seamless. Karla, Abbie, Heather and Austin took great care of us in the bar/dining area. Everyone was nice and helpful, it seemed like this hotel had a well ran staff. The views are breathtaking and it is unbelievably quiet and peaceful. Room was cleaned and well stalked with everything we would need. Highly recommend and would come back again. Thank you guys for making it such a wonderful time!
