Friendly staff and nice free mini bar and facilities, could maybe just do with a fan or something in the room for the hotter days. But other than that perfect nice modern room.

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. Check in was a bit awkward. It was late but still well before they closed front desk. When we arrived the woman was not expecting us. She stayed in office behind front desk woking to get us a room. Finally came out to give us keys. Room was large and roomy. Lots of suggestive comments posted around room and hotel that were off-putting. I was traveling with my daughter.

Some good things, and some bad things. Good things first: - Hotelmanager, Mr. Kohl, was terrific and helped in any way he could all the time. - The room was quite spacious and modern with a huge tv and nice beds. Bad things: - The hotel is ghost-like just out of a horror-movie. Almost no guests, and the bar wasn’t open - not even during the weekends - The outside area seems very rundown. Looks as if it hasn’t had maintenance for a couple of years. - Quite a long way from the citycentre. You absolutely need to have a car to stay here. - No restaurant, which isn’t so convenient, when the hotel is so far from everything.

The people who worked there were really friendly and also the breakfast was great. But the building it self and especially the garage/parkdeck, garden was not that nice. I also don't liked the design with the red/white and black and some of the Informations for example the floorprint in the elevator that sayed something like "nicht abstürzen" and showed the depth of the elevator. Probably a matter of tast but it wasn't mine 😅 The beds are gond but the shower had still two old knobs to adjust the heat and even if you found you temperature it changed all the time afterwards and pretty quick. The room was quite hot even if it wasn't that hot outside on that day so we kept the window fully open all night? At night (2:40 ) someone in the isle in front of our room was screaming for a long time. It was pretty creepy. I don't know if it was also some bad luck but this stay was definitely a little special.

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön aber der Zustand des Hotels ist nicht so toll. Ich war schon öfter dort, einmal hab es kein heißes Wasser zum Duschen, zwei mal tat der Fehrsehr nicht oder nicht richtig und einmal hat die Decke im Bett fürchterlich gestunken. Was positiv ist das dass Zimmer günstig ist. Da kann man nicht meckern allerdings für das Auto fallen 10€ pro Tag an. Ich denke es fehlt ein bisschen liebe zum Detail im Haus.

Stark veraltetes Hotel, sollte abgerissen werden. Überall Schmutz, kaputte Möbel, Wände. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl und die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Ein nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel. Lieblos, schmutzig und alles vieles kaputt

Balkontür defekt!! Riesige spalten blieb offen sodass Kälte rein kam. Gottseidank war die Heizung ok. Bad nicht 100% sauber. Teilweise wandfliesen gefehlt. Aufzugtür ( einer von 2) blieb im 2.Stock immer hängen und ging nicht zu. Ich kam abends an und auf dem Parkplatz und im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel war Stock dunkel!! Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Sauna und Fitnessstudio angeblich wegen Rohrbruch geschlossen. Das frühstück war ok bis auf das Butter welches seit 11.2.25 abgelaufen war. ( seit einer Woche). Insgesamt sehr ungepflegt und veraltet. Zimmerausstattung und grösse war gut. Positiv waren die kostenlosen Getränke im Foyer und auf dem Zimmer. Cola und Wasser. Aber der Flaschenöffner fehlte 😅.

Leider ist das im Grunde sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Hotel nicht wirklich gepflegt. Möbel wirken abgeranzt, Heizungen funktionieren nicht richtig, Fenster sind undicht, niemand hat Zeit Eis in der Einfahrt zu entfernen (Original- Aussage des Rezeptionisten, als unsere Tochter ausgerutscht ist). Kurzum: Hier wird am Personal gespart.
