I had reserved 3 rooms for 3 of my employees who ended up not staying. It was filthy, infested with cockroaches and absolutely did not look anything like the pictures on Expedia. Will def not ever book here again and am requesting a refund.

I didn’t end up staying. I waited fifteen minutes at the front desk and no one showed up. The sign on the front door that the property was protected by the Fresno police coupled with a sign stating that everything should be removed from my vehicle, the blatant drug abuse in the parking lot and the addicts roaming the property were totally intimidating. I expected to find my vehicle vandalized if I had stayed! The lobby was filthy inside, no wonder breakfast wasn’t provided. The employees gang tattoos didn’t help.

The price is reasonable but conditions are terribles very unsafe not smoking free at all, I left my pandora bracelet that has a very special meaning for me they said that wasn’t there when I’m sure that I left at on the bed Very dirty part of the building did not have windows other part hast broken windows with gun bullet on it I just stay one night because I had a concert near I don’t understand how that place hasn’t shout down
