We loved the quirkiness of the property and the staff was wonderful. The area around the rooms was a little rough, but the proximity to Sequoia Natl Park and amenities in Three Rivers was great

the property was at a beautiful location as described with the river as the backyard, nice and cozy cabin and the 2 hosts (Gary and Timmy) were friendly, responsive to our needs and available. We were in Cabin # 3 and we enjoyed our stay and it had a little back patio which overlooked the river and was perfect for relaxing. We hope to return again soon.

The views are beautiful and most of the cabins have decks that look over the river and mountain. Location is close to park entrance. There are a few restaurants nearby. A grocery store is about a mile away, but I’d bring as much food as you can along and use the close store for emergencies because of how expensive it is. The hosts are very kind and accommodating and allowed us to move cabins when the AC went out in cabin 6. It was 95 when we arrived that day and the little unit just gave out. Since I manage a bed and breakfast I have a high standard for cleanliness and this would have been exceedingly below my standard. I will say I was thankful the sheets and towels were clean albeit very thin.

We loved the area and location, it's close enough to the Sequoia NP and there are some food options nearby. Be mindful, you won't find any food if you arrive late (after 8-9pm), so plan accordingly! There is also almost no phone reception, so download all your maps! I believe that google has wrong location for the property, so enter the actual address to get there. The cabins themselves have a great potential, there is a lovely river nearby, the cabins are cozy, but need a few small things to make the stay more comfortable - like newer towels, a bath floor towel, newer linen. The reception person is lovely!

I make my reservation for 10 people. When i get there. They say a was only for 2 so they charge $20 dls per extra person. $160 more when the cabin is for 10 people. Feels like scammed to me.

Scammers😡 There was no water to the cabin but they will make sure to charge you $20 per guest and send endless messages about all the reasons they will kick you out without a refund and there’s a sign that says $25 dish washing fee but there’s no water. They say clean up but it’s dusty we had to flip on and off the power switches for the washer to turn on but it doesn’t matter because there’s no water

The unit was a little dated, but the staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our family of six. It was 106 degrees during our stay so we really appreciated the AC!!

The location was very nice and the room was decorated in a log cabin style.Unfortunately the toilet was filthy and had unmentionable things on it and around it. I cleaned it as good as possible before using it. There was a lot of dust on the top of the bed frame, the doors were dirty, the window glass and window lock and smoke detector was broken. I didn’t mind the outdated decor, but there is no excuse for the unhygienic condition the room and bathroom was in. At least the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. We still enjoyed our stay there, but the cleaning and maintenance need to drastically be improved.

We rented the family cabin for my family of 6 adults. We had the best time. The property isn’t new or refurbished. The cabin is rustic which gives it a woodsy charm. My family loved it. It’s close to restaurants and Sequoia National Park. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough trash bags and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone for more trash bags and towels other than that we enjoyed our stay.

A little updating would make these cabins incredib

We had a wonderful time. The river in front of the cabins was beautiful. Sleeping set up for 6 adults wasn’t so good. If they put a little time and love into these cabins it would be incredible. They definitely need a little updating. Didn’t feel very clean.
