During my most recent stay July 24th to 27th, 2026 and prior stay, the Staff was very friendly the house maids kept the room serviced, The rooms have recently been redone with Luxury Vynil floors, the hotel is very comfortable and at a very economical price. It is quiet and conviently located at Bullard and Hwy 41 in Fresno and shares the same parking lot with Huckabees resturant that has an awesome menu and a to die for Peach Tea with Real peaches in it. Be aware if you are older, a couple of the rooms have toilets that are maybe 11-12 inches high which was difficult for me to get up from so I was upgraded (no extra charge) on my second stay to a handycap room which was much better. My 5yr old Grandson would love the lower toilet. One additional item would be appreciated to be added to the room was kleenex's as there were none in either of the rooms I have stayed in.

For the price, the stay was good. The staff was accommodating, easy freeway access and close to shopping and food. It needs some cleaning of the furniture, a little tlc and larger TVs. The beds were comfortable. Again over all it was an okay experience.
