I always stay at this hotel when I’m in the area, the staff at the front desk are wonderful. Also they have a restaurant on property with a variety of options, and the wait staff is very attentive and friendly! Always love staying here.

It was the best priced property in the area. The front desk lady was great. Room was clean, but the walls are thin and we could here noise in the halls and outside. No elevator, upstairs is better because you don't want the noise of people walking upstairs above you.

Given the low rate I paid, I was pleasantly surprised at the room quality of this older hotel. It’s adjacent to the Fresno Airport making it very convenient. The rooms are well appointed. The restaurant for breakfast had numerous options. Parking is easy and convenient.

The hotel is lovely too bad they have not kept up maintenance. Peeling paint on the beams outside, flaking ceiling in our room. Musty smell in our bathroom. We were looking forward to eating in the restaurant but apparently all the staff quit so dinner was only being served in the bar. High praise for the ladies running the bar and breakfast cafe! Both gave excellent service with a friendly smile.

Overall it the hotel was great, just a little outdated… but we read most of the reviews ahead of time … great food options near by… the airport is great if you’re flying in… the staff was great. But the area outside isn’t as nice due to some homeless people hanging around the gas station that linger in the parking lot. Over all we didn’t have any issues…it’s a great deal
