I thought charging for parking was unnecessary since so much parking was available and parking spaces were not an issue. I understand having to do this in big cities where space is limited but not at a property that is surrounded by so much open space.

I booked for four nights and ended up staying for just two. Because I booked through a third party vendor (who agreed to refund the additional two nights), Hilton Garden Inn refused to allow a refund for the nights I didn't stay. They did however check me out early and let someone else pay for that room again. All in, I paid double the price to stay two nights at a hotel, that does not offer complimentary breakfast (that's $20/day) or parking ($15/night). The room faced the freeway and was very noisy. This is terrible customer service. Highly not recommended.

The registratior stopped working it was kinda warm when we came yesterday but was hot in there this morning all of our food and ice cream wasted money down the drainl,shelf in shower broken called in the morning no one's came yet, slamming doors woke family lat6/a.m. staff walked in our room without knocking or announcement before entering,staff was rude people drinking in the lobby in front of my kids we don't have that environment for kids in our house bar wasn't open but they were in the lobby drinking for hours,worst experience I've ever had in a hotel I'll be expressing my concerns tomorrow to General office

The hotel charges additional parking fee while there is absolutely no additional protection or service for keeping the cars safe in the parking lot. The staff double charged me after I paid on Expedia. They apologized immediately and said they would wave my parking as a way to apologize. I trusted them. After I returned yesterday, I found I was charged additional parking fee today!
