Room was adequate, definitely needs some work, plumbing fixtures were loose, some of the outlets had scorch marks on them, furniture, carpet and curtains were stained. Bathroom and bed were clean and the bed wasn’t uncomfortable. Refrigerator and freezer were dirty.

The hotel is good overall. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and clean. However, it’s a bit pricey for its tier compared to hotels in other states, since California has a high cost of living.

This is a broken down hotel that is attached to the garden inn suites next door. The whole thing looks like a haunted broken down building. The room is old and decrepit but honestly it was good enough to get some rest until the next day but the bathroom was old and rusty I was so uncomfortable I didn’t use the shower. It fine if you are on a budget and need somewhere to sleep but I think id rather go with something a few more dollars down the road next time. Costco near by and the free breakfast in the morning was cool.

It’s very balanced property. You have everything essential for good price. Swiming pool was clean. Breakfast is good. It‘a hard to find due to the common location with Garden Inn & Suites.

My stay was very pleasant. I enjoyed the beautiful landscape and pool at the hotel, as well as the Forestiere Underground garden close by and a musical festivity at nearby Fig Gardens. Overall, very nice and I would book again in the future

They are partner with the “Garden hotel “and has better rooms and swimming pool and good parking lot ( would have stayed there if we would have known) They other side (Formosa inn ) is total different then the pictures on the expedia web . No swimming pool , a/c not working properly , dirty parking lot ,stains on carpet , the shower knob was not easy to use. Hot water came out more then the cold water. And we saw a couple of roaches. No recommended . Positive think is was quiete and apple bee and other fast food was close . And breakfast not to bad
