It was close to everything we were visiting. We could not stay the second night that we booked because of a death in the family and they were very accommodating.

Staff was horrible… They were not friendly. They were not cooperative. They gave us the wrong room. We booked a suite and they gave us a regular room with two beds. They did not accommodate. They did not have empathy. I was here for my wedding.

All in all, it was acceptable. I didn't understand no one being at the front desk when I arrived and no one responding to the call (there were directions to use the phone at the desk and dial 0). I did that several times. Another couple came in 5-10 minutes after I arrived and waited as well. Still, I get it. She was handling other duties (checking rooms?).
