Good, quiet location within 5 minutes walk of the main town. We stayed in the Boutique hotel, which is one of the three hotels they own, next to each other. Rooms were very clean and serviced every day.

Amazing Hotel

A charming efficient clean well run Hotel with lovely staff and a amazing breakfast. Bit of a walk from the station but near all of Freiburgs attractions. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Freiburg .

Perfect spot that is walking distance to everything and the altstadt. The location and room was great! Only thing I can say is it was quite hot in the room because of the weather that day and the AC didn’t help too much.

About a 15 min flat walk from the main train station over cobblestones but not bad at all! Not all rooms have air conditioning which was a bit worrisome during the heat wave but the hotel provided two fans and we were able to keep the windows open so it wasn’t bad at all! Great place to stay and very close to the Old town!

Accommodation in Freiburg

The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk. As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!

Das gebuchte Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal am Empfang war leider nicht das freundlichste. Überrascht hat uns, das in einem so großen Hotel kein Restaurant zur Verfügung steht. Parken mussten wir im nahegelegenen Parkhaus, obwohl im Innenhof freie Plätze waren, wie wir aus unserem Zimmer sehen konnten.

Schlafzimmer: + Sauber + Kühlschrank + Safe - Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilatoren (es wahr sehr warm) - Schlafcouch für 3. Person sehr alt (quietschende Federn bei jeder Bewegung) - Zimmertüreni m Gang (3. OG) schließen sehr laut, wenn Gäste sie unachtsam zufallen lassen Bad: + unerwartet super ausgestattet (großes Waschbecken, Dusche + Eckbadewanne) + 2 Duschköpfe (Standard+Regenwald) + Effektbeleuchtung (kleine LEDs in Fliesenfugen) + Vergrößerungsspiegel - Fön sehr schlapp - Duschkabine von innen an Gummidichtungen dreckig(schimmelig?), einige Silikonfugen im Duschbereuch ebenfalls (Wartung nötig) Service: + 24/7 ist jemand erreichbar, viele kleine Extraservices bei Bedarf (siehe digitale Infomappe) + 2 Wasserflaschen im Zimmer + Frühstück mit riesen Auswahl (unerwartet: Waffeleisen zum selber backen, Entsafter) Lage: + Top, direkt an der Altstadt - begrenztes Parkplatzangebot am Hotel für 16 €/ Nacht, (wir kamen spät an und waren deshalb in der nahegelegenen recht modernen Parkgarage Karlsbau für 24€ für eine Nacht. Es gibt auf der Bernhardstraße noch zwei sehr nahe und ggf. Leicht günstigere Alternativen, die haben wir uns aufgrund der Bewertungen aber geklemmt, da wir uns zu später Stunde mit diesen Problemen dort nicht mehr befassen wollten) Fazit: Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Service stimmt. Mit klimatisierten Zimmern wäre im Sommer ein riesen Schritt nach vorn getan.
