The front desk smelled of a very strong parfum that just gave me a headache. Luckily it did not carry to the rest of the hotel. The hotel room itself was ok. Though the toilet paper was like sandpaper. They provided a kettle in the room but it needs cleaning. They had a bar and lounge, we had a gulasch soup and a pizza. The soup was good but a tiny portion. The front desk staff were very nice too. Btw hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Old Town Freiburg.

The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it.

Wij hebben hier één nacht verbleven als tussenstop tijdens onze autoreis naar Italië en waren erg tevreden. We kwamen op tijd aan om in te checken en werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Het inchecken verliep snel en vlot. De kamer was niet groot, maar voor een overnachting is dat helemaal voldoende. Alles was brandschoon en netjes, zowel de kamer als de badkamer. Het hotel ligt achter een treinstation, maar daar hebben we totaal geen hinder van ondervonden. De ramen zijn goed geluidsisolerend, waardoor we heerlijk rustig hebben geslapen. ’s Avonds hebben we nog gezellig iets gedronken in de bar en wat spelletjes gespeeld. Dat was een fijne afsluiting van de dag. Omdat we vroeg wilden vertrekken, hebben we geen gebruikgemaakt van het ontbijt. Het uitchecken verliep, net als het inchecken, snel en probleemloos. Al met al een perfect hotel voor een tussenstop. Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers en een zorgeloos verblijf. Zeker een aanrader!

Frühstück war okay, hätte mir aber etwas hochwertigere Wurst und Käse gewünscht. Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich und meistens, wenn man hin kam (Rezeption) voll im Stress, eine Rechnung einen Tag vorher zu erhalten, war unmöglich. Am nächsten Morgen jedoch war die Rezeption voll belagert mit Neugästen.

Die Einschätzung kommt durch den ersten Eindruck zustande. Beim einchecken fühlte ich mich nicht gerade willkommen. Keine richtige Begrüßung, Zimmerkarte wurde mir in die Hand gedrückt. Kein Hinweis auf den Weg zum Zimmer, kein Hinweis auf das Frühstück. Sonst habe ich gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war lecker. Nur der erste Eindruck trübte... Schade
