The hotel is in excellent position for football stadium and old town. It is only a tram ride away. The staff are excellent and very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are an excellent size although bathroom is a bit tight but like the rest of the hotel very modern I would recommend it to all who wishes to visit Freiburg

Really lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and accommodating. The area is a short tram ride from the station and the centre of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by my room which was spacious and comfortable. Obligatory kettle which is required in any good hotel room but a rarity abroad sometimes. Well worth a stay

1-night business stay with comfort

Second stay for one night, and not the last. Very cosy atmosphere, nothing to moan about. Breakfast with 20 Euro too expensive, especially, because a bakery around the corner offers also nice stuff. We will come back.

4/10 Poor

Bad Aircondition in hot day

The good, fast check-in, upgraded I asked is the Aircondition good in the room “of course yes” however room at over 30 degrees centigrade even with shutters down and air on for 3h. Asked to move and got we will come up in 30 minutes to check. Needed to come down dripping in sweat and push hard to get it done now. Got a room who now’s what category could be correct or smaller the best with a string Aircondition. Sadly no real apologies of anything. Will not be back in the same hotel.
