A home away from home!

Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We had to extend our stay due to car problems and they were extremely accommodating and empathic.

This was a terrific value. The included breakfast was amazing in quality and in the variety of food options. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and only a couple minutes from downtown Freeportand L.L. Bean.

Pros: friendly staff, clean facilities, good breakfast. Cons: waited an hour for check-in, furniture and bed uncomfortable, no lighting in living room, lots of noise from unit above, had to request linens for sofa bed.

Fabulous time

The staff was amazing. Helped us with everything we needed. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was so yummy. The girls had fun in the pool. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. We will be staying there again when in the area.

We really like the Thai restaurant across the street and the hotel had greatly improved under Marriot. Only real problem is the Highway noise from I 295 Next time I would ask for a room at the front.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. There was road noise as it is just off the highway but didn’t impact us too much. The breakfast was excellent, blueberry compote for the waffles! Would highly recommend to future travellers.

Good Value and Great Location

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool. Continental breakfast was typical but free, so it met expectations. The location is super convenient to the highway and downtown Freeport. I have stayed at a few other hotels in the Freeport/Brunswick area and this is the overall best one by far.

I'll go straight to what went wrong. The ice machine was broken on our floor; the layout of the rooms is really awkward (room door/bathroom door; they ran out of food an hour before the 10 am deadline. The first time that has ever happened to us in many years of travel.

Great!

We would have liked to use the indoor pool but it was out of order for our week long stay. Other than that, it is an excellent, safe, clean and great property. We will be back. It is our go to when we come into town for family visits.

This property was amazing! Very clean and excellent staff. My only critique is that breakfast should get checked and refilled for the late risers. The hot breakfast was almost gone by the time we got to it. Other than that the choices were very good. Very clean and modern rooms. Loved it!
