“Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol. Enjoy”

“Good breakfast. Everything inside the hotel looks clean. Staff is helpful. The establishment shares the same building with other apartments, but entrance to the building is safe.”

“Need more food diversity, the check in was slow and the best is the waterside terrasse although mosquitos bite”

“Tal como he mencionado en la encuesta. Están todo muy bien, solo sugiero dado la categoría del hotel será preferible; que los conductores se identifican con el hotel y su categoría, o sea algún uniforme o símbolo que les relaciona con el hotel y así dignifica el hotel. Gracias”

“When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The room also didn’t match the photos showcased online, which featured a spacious living room and dining room with space for all 6 of our guests to sit. The space given to us only sat 4ppl. The host stated the photos...

“I enjoyed the staff more than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Bright a young rom maintenance person. Was amazing. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful. I wish they could’ve left their dining room open more. I look forward to returning. I especially like little market on the property”

“The Staff was always kind kept my room clean ”

“Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...

“Primal Hotel advertised on Hotels.com that free breakfast was included, it was not. The gym equipment was old and not working properly. The furniture in the room was rickety.”

“The property was perfect for what we needed just an over night before flying out. ”

“The room was old and outdated, the bed was small and no facilities in the room. No bottle of water. This was the first hotel in Nigeria with no coffe/tea, milk sugar and kettle facilities, I have been to. The check in boy Richard was very nice. But the manager was rude. The water coming out of the tap was brown water, disgusting and smelling and when I brought the attention of the manager to it, he was in denial. Asking to bring me to the water treatment facility. I don’t know how this will solve...

“They do not honor bookings from hotels.com. I was stranded that night because I tried to checkin close to public transportation curfew, thinking I secured a place to lodge, only to get there and be sent packing. The manager and desk attendee said they never heard of hotels.com and refused to be accommodating. They also told me there were no more rooms even though online showed availability which led me to prepay in the first place. I tried to work with the attendant to contact hotels.com and he...
