My husband and I stayed there overnight en route to Nova Scotia. The motel style room was simple and clean, had new carpets, bathroom was adequate, Keurig coffee was available in the lobby, next-door pub was convenient to have a dinner and beer after a day-long drive. From the front of some units one can see a sliver of the St John river and the tower of the Church in downtown of the city.

This property could use a face lift more than I do. The whole place had a very worn out look to it. The lady that checked us in was great, even though she gave us the key to an occupied room.

So accommodating! I didn’t arrive until midnight, and there is no overnight staff … BUT a key was waiting for me in the lock box and, even better, the light was on to welcome me into my room and the A/C was going strong!!! For a place to rest my head for the night, this was perfect!

The price reflects the room. My only complain is the smell in the room. It wad a bad smell from the washroom. I’m not sure if it smelled like urine or as if it was cleaned with only water and no kind of product.

I booked a stay w this motel and when I arrived I was told I was not allowed to stay due my address being a local one. Right now I am still trying to get a refund. If you are from the Fredericton and surrounding are do not book here as they will not allow you to stay and are very rude. They should also be listing this "rule" in their polices with Expedia and elsewhere.

It is a motel , not much to expect from it. My room didnt have a lock inthe inside, once it had never repleced i guess. A constant driping water inthe tub, leaving a rust stain and an apearence of dirty.

We had a terrible stay! Results were, me locked out of my room at midnight and no emergency phone number to call, not a soul around….had to get the city police to help or I was on the street in town for the night. Didn’t even offer my money back in the am…just said sorry, the girl working was suppose to put an emergency number on the door but forgot. It ruined my day((( never again. Ide like a refund. Worst ever.

Very convenient location, quite close to the bridge. This is a large motel with some history, the rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable. There are Adirondack chairs outside to enjoy the evening air, however chairs had to be cleaned before they could be sat upon. The only unfavourable comment was no glasses in room, pop machine not functioning, and there was no ice machine on premises. I'd certainly stay again though so I recommend it as a very economical option with no unpleasant surprises.

Required huge damage deposit. Pillows were crappy, if they were mine, i would throw them out. No amenities in the room. i.e. n o cups for teethbrushing and no coffee or anything. Would NOT go here again.
