Front desk was very kind and helpful. Great clean room with a balcony to sit on and look at the pool. Rough time trying to get there from our room (all the way around building and no directional signs) and the hot tub was all covered and gross- but that could be time of year 9/12? Bar was cute and staff was chill. Nice live music couple. The whole place was really quaint. Would definitely stay again!

The YO has a beautiful lobby and the staff was friendly. However, the pool was dirty and closed. I had called prior to booking and they stated it was open. The hotel is very dated with many repairs needed.

The lobby was amazing, very pretty, the saloon was nice and good music. Pool looked nice, the room - the ceramic tile floor was dirty, the shower curtain was too short for the tub and water went everywhere, and there were ants in the bed and on the nightstand.

The facility was older but maintained well. The room was clean and spacious. The water was hot when we wanted hot water. The parking was good. The area has places to eat close by. It’s not far from the interstate.

Our room was very clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The lobby is amazing. A little disappointed the restaurant was closed. Also, the saloon is closed on Sundays. I’ve stayed here several times and have always been pleased. We will return. Staff was friendly and the rates are great.

Loved everything about this hotel. The foyer is amazing. Yes it needs some TLC and the current owners are dealing with that. We really enjoyed the pool. Special thanks to the cleaning staff. Our room was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived. In fact all of the staff were very welcoming. Kerrville is a very pretty town and with a visit.

The kitchen was closed due to maintenance issues. No food served at the bar either, due to the kitchen being closed. If I had known, I would have selected Inn at the Hills to stay. The YO hotel is older, but it was pretty clean and the pool and other amenities were nice enough!

The front desk clerk was very welcoming. The room was nice and near the pool which was a plus. Although the clerk provided us a map, it was difficult to determine entry into the hotel rooms as the 2nd level of our room was only available on one side of the building. We had to figure it out on our own. Room was spacious and comfy. The only thing was they had signs saying their restaurant was closed. I do recommend staying here if you come to visit Kerrville.
